Our Team of trainers/instructors
offers a variety of fun, high-energy, results-oriented,
challenging fitness classes…there’s
something for everyone. All classes
are open to both men & women and all fitness
levels, unless otherwise noted.
Classes are designed for clients to work at
their own fitness level/pace, challenge themselves
and have lots of fun. Classes are small (max.
12 for most classes) allowing our instructors
to give clients more personal attention, to
help them get the most from each and every class.

Circuit
Training (40-min. class): circuit
training intervals…is one of the best
ways to burn body fat, increase cardiovascular
fitness, build muscular strength and endurance,
shape and tone muscles and get fit fast! This
fun, high-energy, full body workout has participants
doing timed intervals of both cardio and strength
training using a variety of equipment and training
techniques (stability ball, free weights, body
weight, medicine ball, BOSU). Classes lead by
a certified Personal Trainer or certified Fitness
Instructor.
BOSU Ball Cardio
(45-min. class):
a challenging, high-energy class using
the BOSU ball for a full body cardio/body sculpting
workout. BOSU focuses on balance and strengthens
the core and stabilizer muscles. Classes lead
by a certified Personal Trainer or certified
Fitness Instructor.
Indoor Bootcamp
(45 min. & 1-hr class):
No military style training here…only
fun, high-energy, fat burning, body sculpting
exercises. Each class focuses on a different
type of fitness training and equipment. A challenging
full body workout, increasing cardio fitness,
sculpting and strengthening the muscles, burning
body fat all while using a variety of equipment
and training techniques. Classes lead by a certified
Personal Trainer or certified Fitness Instructor.
Mat Pilates (1-hr class):
the focus of Pilates is proper breathing, strengthening
the core muscles (abdominals and back), improving
flexibility, stability and balance, lengthening
the spine and improving posture. Lead by a certified
Pilates Instructor, participants are taken through
a series of breathing exercises, lying, kneeling
and standing body positioning/flexibility exercises
using body weight, bands and balls for a full
body workout. Instructor is very “hands-on”
and will gently position a participant’s
body into proper form to prevent injury. Classes
lead by a certified Personal Trainer / certified
Pilates Instructor.
Lunch Hour Lift
(30-min. class): get healthy
& fit on your lunch hour! Lift your energy,
lift your body and get energized for the afternoon.
Fun, energizing light cardio, strength training
and body sculpting classes. Classes lead by
a certified Personal Trainer or certified Fitness
Instructor.
Body Blast (45-min.
class): a challenging, high-energy
class using a variety of equipment and training
techniques: cardio training, weight training,
body sculpting, core/balance training…anything
goes! Classes lead by a certified Personal Trainer
or certified Fitness Instructor.
Hatha Yoga (1-hr
class): Hatha is the classical
approach to Yoga that emphasizes physical posture
and alignment while focusing on breath awareness.
This system energizes the mind, body, and spirit.
Classes vary from week to week and offer a combination
of relaxing, rejuvenating poses aimed at increasing
flexibility and strength while relieving tension
and stress in the body. You will leave feeling
centered and aware. Classes lead by a certified
Yoga instructor.
Candlelight
Yoga (1.25-hr class):
this class will incorporate slow movements with
soft openings and mind-body awareness into a
slow, meditative, calming practice. The room
is dimly lit by candlelight and the sounds of
soft music. The perfect way to sooth and relax
entering the weekend or the week ahead of you.
Classes lead by a certified Yoga instructor.
Latin
Spice Fit & Fun (1-hr class):
Salsa, Mambo, Cha Cha, are just a few of the
dance moves you will learn in this fun Latin-fused
Cardio Workout. Get ready to move and shake
those calories away! No partner needed and suitable
for beginners. Classes lead by a certified Fitness
Instructor.
