EXTREME Eating
Plan
A semi-structured eating
plan designed to work with your body to decrease
body fat and increase lean muscle tissue. You
will be fuelling your body with "approved"
foods to help increase your metabolism for increased/
improved fat burning and to increase your energy.
The "approved" foods were carefully
chosen as they work BEST with your body. As
PLANNING is a key to success, daily meal planning/tracking
sheets and sample "mini" meal options
are all included.
EXTREME Fitness Training Plan
The Fitness Training Plan
has you working with an Extreme Trainer for
1.5 hours each week - (3) 30-min or (2) 45-min
sessions each week. Additional cardio training
on your own (3) days per week and (1) rest day
rounds out the weekly Fitness Training Plan.
Designed to increase lean muscle tissue, shape
and tone muscles and decrease body fat, these
researched and tested training techniques were
chosen as they work the body intensely and continually
challenge it, the quickest way to get desirable
results. A Calendar to Success is included in
the Fitness Training Plan to keep you motivated
and on track.
EXTREME Journal
to Success
An integral part of the
program, the Journal to Success is used to set
daily goals for yourself, celebrate your successes
and to capture your thoughts as you take your
journey towards a healthy body. The Journal
to Success provides a daily motivational quote
to motivate and encourage you.
EXTREME Body
Assessments - Progress Tracking
A “before”
body assessment is completed at the start of
the program with additional assessments 3-4
weeks during the 12-week program. These body
assessments are something you will look forward
to as your body will be changing,you will be
feeling the changes, seeing the changes and
tracking the changes as well – all exciting
and motivating!
If all the components of the program are followed and done consistently each week you WILL see and feel your
body changing. You will decrease body fat, increase muscular strength and endurance, shape and tone muscles and increase your energy!
