8-week Body Rebuild Program™ jam packed
with more. Small groups meet twice weekly, for
2-hour classes, to learn how to improve health
and quality of life, rebuild their bodies, recharge
their energy, revitalize their lives, renew,
and rediscover themselves. The focus is on holistic
lifestyle changes to improve health (and lose
weight) in fun, supportive, educational, relaxed
classes.
The
Body Rebuild Program™ is not just for
women wanting to lose weight, it’s for
all women wanting to be healthy.
All weekly 2-hour
classes include:
30-minute cardio/strength training circuit
session; create a train-at-home program
nutrition, health, fitness, lifestyle &
goal setting lessons; create a “Healthy
Living Encyclopedia” – group discussions,
sharing (and venting)
yummy, healthy & nutritious food samples;
take home recipes; create a healthy eating
plan that works
motivation, inspiration and continued support
& encouragement
